Dr. Kevin Luey MB ChB, FRACP

Dr. Kevin Luey

Kevin is a graduate of the Otago Medical School and trained in general medicine and gastroenterology at Wellington Hospital, Bristol University and Christchurch Hospital. When he came to Lower Hutt in 1980 he established a gastroenterology service and endoscopy unit at Hutt Hospital and introduced ERCP to the Wellington region.

He has particular interests in diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy, ERCP and colonoscopy, and has had wide experience in liver disease and gastroenterology conditions in general.

Excellent endoscopy unit and consulting facilities at Boulcott Hospital have provided him with a full consultation service and a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterological procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy and liver biopsy.
